Hello there,

I am Naiara, a 30 year old woman living in Byron Bay, Australia. I have a Degree in Publicity and Public Relations, but since I was little, I have a passion that has followed me everywhere, every-time, photography.

I was 17 years old, going on a solo mission, leaving the Basque Country for the first time when I decided to get a camera. I was excited to see the world, I wanted to feel every moment that I capture and experience it forever.

I have been taking photos for over 9 years and nowadays, I work as a freelance photographer. I have a degree in advanced photography, but I am mainly self-taught. I have a creative soul that enjoys different kinds of styles, scenarios, and people, expressing this through the most natural way that I can.

Photography is my way of expression, my way of speaking in silence. My enthusiasm and love for making art has enabled me to share my creations which further fuels my motivation. 

An image can have infinite personalities, but photography allows me to show what I see. By sharing my photographs, people can see what I see through my lens, reminding them of their own experiences and emotions.  That connection that comes from this is my inspiration, what drives me to show more through this silent artistic expression. 

I also love the timeless nature of photography, each moment becomes eternal, and I can communicate my ethos that life is fascinating, worth living and worth being present for.
